Here's a recap of what is going down:

Breakfast and Lunches - Bring your own breakfasts, lunches and snacks - or buy from the on site cafes.

Friday Dinner - Casual dinner at the Pine Tent between 5-8pm. Order at the counter at this on site cafe or bring your own food. Nothing needed in advance, we will be hanging out in the field out front.

Saturday Dinner - Group dinner at Rossy Road Picnic area from 5-7pm. Fill out the form below and pay in advance to have us purchase food for you. We will all help cook on site. Unlike last year, you don't need to bring sides but if you're keen on contributing, please bring anything you'd like!

This is our big group dinner! Please join us and help us prepare our meal. The cost covers food, picnic site rental + items to cook, serve, eat & clean up.

$20 per adult

Please pay for every person in your family if you'd like to partake in dinner. You're always welcome to bring additional side dishes, but it's not required.


If you have a CAMPING STOVE, please pack it!!! There's BBQs on site but we'd love more so the food is cooked faster.
