We recommend you book your Campsite, RV or Bungalow ASAP.
We have held all campsites until Aug 10th and they are first come first served.
We have not held any bungalows or RV sites, you'll need to book that direct and they will sell out by September.

Breakfast + Lunches - Plan to bring these yourself! You can pack them camping style or just order them at the on site. There is a sit down restaurant (Cascade Restaurant and Bar), an order at the counter cafe (Pine Tent) and a General Store for little groceries and snacks.
Friday Night Dinner - We plan to convene at the Pine Tent Cafe to keep things easy as people are arriving. There's nothing you need to do in advance. Just show up and you can order and pay at the counter. It's informal. There's a big open field in front we will all be able to just hang out in and play games. You can also bring your own food and just be there for the company. Dealers choice!
Saturday Night Dinner - We will be hosting a group dinner and have rented the Rossy Picnic Area. It will be a team effort! If you'd like us to count you in, please pitch in here per person (https://www.newvillagecampout.com/reserve-food)in advance. Aly and Sophie will handle buying all the food in advance and there's ways to sign up to help here (newvillagecampout.com/reserve-food)(like hauling food or helping prep or cook). If you don't want to eat the food with us you're welcome to bring something for yourself and still come hang out all together!
If you're booking a campsite, don't forget to pack your: tent & poles, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, pillow, clothes, bathing suit, toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, towel, headlamp or flash light, water jug.
If you're glamping in a bungalow, you have a bed with linens so you can skip the sleeping items!
Let's talk food. If you don't want to bring food, it's all good! There's a restaurant and cafe on site. If you want to go full camping mode, don't forget to pack your: cooler, camping stove & fuel, lighter, pots and pans, cutting boards, knives, utensils, plates, paper towels and trash bags.
If you cancel a camp site last minute, we ask you try to find someone to fill your spot or let us know and we can assist. We are on the hook for all camp sites as Aly has put them on her credit card to reserve them.
If you cancel a bungalow or anything else you've booked directly with Costanoa, they have clear terms for refunds. Their website states the following:
• 3-day advance notice required or forfeit first-night deposit
• Cancellation Processing Fee: $25
Every camp site can accommodate TWO tents! If you don't need two tents, please consider asking another family to book with you. It's quite economical and will allow everyone a place to camp. Each camp site comes with 1 space for car parking and the other family can simply pay a $5-10 parking fee to park in overflow parking.
If you don't have another family to split the camp site with you, have no fear! Aly and Sophie can help pair you with someone. Just send us an email and we will coordinate.
